About Us

We first met at the University of Washington in Fall 2001. A friendship quickly blossomed and after one fate-filled night of ice skating, we have been together ever since.

Daniel graduated from UW in 2003 and attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA to get his Masters in Public Policy. Thuc Nghi stayed at UW to finish her Bachelors. We did the long distance thing for two years — and we made it!

We’re now ready to start our lives together and embark on new adventures! Thuc Nghi is working on her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at UC Davis while Daniel is working for the State of California.

In Thuc Nghi’s spare time, she enjoys decorating, doing crafts, and reading. In Daniel’s spare time, he enjoys picking stocks and investing, reading Investor’s Business Daily, and cooking. We both enjoy watching the Seattle Mariners, dining out, talking walks, and spending time with friends.
